YDT32 series are suitable for processing plastic materials, such as stamping, bending, compressing and drawing metal sheet etc. It can also be used for straightening, pressing, plastic molding and sintered parts compacting.
This machine has its own independent dynamic mechanism and electrical systems, and centralized control by PLC. Three operation modes of adjustment, manual and semi-auto operations(constant pressure and stroke) can be realized. Working pressure of the machine, no-load speed down and the stroke of pressed working can be adjusted according to the process, and can complete the process two kinds of constant pressure and constant process methods. After the suppression it can realize pressure keeping and time-delaying ,and automatic return action. During the suppression, the working speed can automatically adjust with the changes of the load.
