1. Overall structure:

3. Machine introduction:
●  Lathe bed:
The machine is composed of a body, a frame, steel frame, steel frame, shear work platform. The fuselage, frame is welded by steel plate, and others are connected by bolts, it can ensure the work intensity and rigidity, and same time make sure the convenience of assembling and disassembling repair.
The right panel has adjustable cushion block, it can control the knife plate moving.
The angle bracket has a pressing device which can be adjusted, pressing angle and cutting.
The steel bracket has different size of square holes and round holes, to ensure these holes round to pass and cut.
The shearing work table has a pressure plate which can be adjusted according to work piece’s thickness. The work bench has adjustment block; it can be used as a positioning shearing. The block can be adjusted at any angle; shear flat or angle can be arbitrarily cut at the side edge positioning. 
●  Shearing:
The blade is integral and has four stations can be angle shear, including round steel, square steel, flat steel and plate steel shearing. If you replace the other dies in the square steel and round steel, this machine can shear channel steel and I-beam.
Frame and cylinder are connected by a hinge, the upper end of cylinder and lathe bed are connected by hinge, the tool carrier makes the arc swing and cutting while under the action of the oil cylinder.
Die cutting stations blade is fixed on the tool carrier, the lower blade is composed of three blocks of blade, they are fixed by bolts in the lower die seat. The blade on both sides can be adjusted, to ensure correct shear gap.
In order to make the plate material can be die cut in the correct position in the shear modulus; the working table has a lateral stop block and the back block.
●  Punching:
The punch pin is fixed on the cylinder piston rod by locking nut, and the low die support is fixed on the bed die seat by bolts. While the punch pin and lower die alignment, you can tighten the bolts. In order to punch square hole and round hole, except piston rod has lateral plane outer guide, the punch top need have external thread block and needs milling oblong positioning slot, make sure to prevent the punch rotation. If the station is installed on the other dies, you can process bending, shearing modulus, shutter punching, big hole punching, channel steel, I-beam and plate punching etc.
4. Electrical system:

●  Using three-phase AC power supply (380V, 50Hz), the voltage control circuit (24V) provided by the electric control transformer, the executive circuit of electromagnetic valve required DC power (+24V) supplied by the transformer and rectifier;
