Smart PB6 Series CNC Electric-Hydraulic Proportion Press Brake

  • The machine which features the stable run system and high working pieces make precision is the advanced press brake with DNC series of CYBELEC Co., Switzerland or DA series of Delem Co., Holland and electric-hydraulic proportional servo valves of HOERBIGER GMBH, or BOSCH GmbH, Germany.
  • The closed cycle type controlling system which is made up of CNC system +linear encode electrical —hydraulic proportional valves + electrical amplifier precisely measure and control the relative position of ram &working table and the synchronous precision .The system keeps the synchronous operation of ram ,and guarantees the pressing depth &angle.

1.2.Hydraulic system:original Rexroth Germany. 
1.3 Magnetic railings ruler:GIVI,Italy.

1.6 Electrical element:Schneider.
1.7 Servo motor and driver:DELTA,Taiwan.
1.8 Toolings:upper tools fast clamping,Chinese famous brand(our standard configuration)
1.9 Seal ring: SKF,Sweden.
1.10Fixed front support.
1.11Lower-table mechanical crowning mechanism is controlled by CNC(WILA Crowning).
1.12 Back-gauge with ABBA(Taiwan brand) ball screw and linear guide.

CNC axis function

  1. Y(Y1、Y2)axis: ram synchronous control axis, controlling bending depth and angle.
  2. X(X1、X2)axis: Controlling back gauge front-back stroke, using controlling bending flange size
  3. R(R1、R2)axis: Controlling back gauge beam up-down
  4. Z(Z1、Z2)axis: Controlling back gauge finger left-right movement.
  5. V axis: Working table auto-hydraulic crowning
