Folding machine’s basic configuration
Normal hydraulic folding machine uses the dial to control the bending angle, back gauge is the manual adjustment;
Single-axis CNC control uses CNC control system to control the bending angle, back gauge is the manual adjustment;
1.CNC control system: Our company cooperates with CNC control system producer to develop ENC158.
2.Back gauge uses ball screw rod and liner guide. The brand is ABBA, Taiwan.
3.Back gauge is driven by servo motor. The brand is Dongyuan, Taiwan.
4.The hydraulic valve of hydraulic system is from Taiwan.
5.The front protection is photoelectric switch. The brand is OMRON, Japan.
6.Hydraulic pipeline is ferrule joint.
7.Oil pump is vane pump from HEGH-TECH, Taiwan.
8.Electric parts are SIEMENS or SCHNEIDER.
