1. Machine Overview
It is used in the normal temperature to roll the steel plate into the type of cylinder, cone, multi R, U and R-type. It is applicable to process and roll circular and conical tank and other parts; control system setups remote control (wired), used for operating the upper roller’s up and down and driving roller’s pros and cons rotation, bearing turning and machine stop when operators leave the control cabinet; this equipment owns ascendant performance, compact structure and convenient operation; upper roller adopts displacement sensor to detect the digital readout on the display, it can directly observe the displacement of the upper roller and the height position’s display can be precise to 0.05mm to improve efficiency and product quality.
Machine using conditions: machine can work steadily under the following conditions.
Power supply:Customized
The ambient temperature: -5－40℃;
Relative humidity: ≤95％.
1.1 Upper roller uses hydraulic vertical movement, horizontal movement uses mechanical driving.
1.2 Machine pre-bend by upper roller’s horizontal movement, let the upper roller is on non-symmetrical position which is relative to the bottom roller to realize.
1.3 Rounded by motor and reducer to drive bottom rollers.
1.4 Due to the changeless elevation of bottom rollers, so it is easy to feed material and operate.
1.5 Inlet and outlet are equipped with vertical unloading device in both directions in order to align when rolling plate front and rear, the purpose of which is to prevent plate feeding is not correct and affect the quality of rolling, also facilitates the operators.
1.6 Machine adopts PLC programmable touch-screen display control with power off memory and logic functions.
1.7 Machine has smooth operation, flexible control, no obstruction, oil spilling and abnormal noise.
1.8 The tipping frame adopts hydraulic overturn, upper roller’s vertical displacement uses hydraulic transmission and horizontal movement uses mechanical transmission.
1.9 There are carrier rollers and are automatic adjustable below bottom rollers to overcome working rollers force deflection.
1.10 Equipped with front and behind work-accompanying carrier devices, designed to support have not yet fully formed shell, prevent thin and wide plates’ lower deformation during rolling, easily to operate.
1.11 Machine has high reliability and low failure rate.
